What security measures do you have in place?
EagleOne employs one of the most rigorous security management systems in the industry. We have a department totally dedicated to the security of our customers’ shipments and also retain third-party security consultants. We maintain every security certification we know, and the screening scrutiny our drivers, warehouse and service center personnel undergo is second to none.



What percentage of your deliveries arrive on time?
EagleOne made approximately 24 million deliveries last year, and 99.89% of those were within 10 minutes of scheduled delivery time.



How experienced is EagleOne?
EagleOne was founded in 1994 as a last mile logistics company with the mission “to exceed our customer’s expectations by building a team of great people who innovatively transform our industry.” EagleOne was in 2002 named by Inc. How do you screen your drivers?
Prior to employment or performing service, all EagleOne personnel and contractors undergo rigorous drug testing and criminal background checks. Existing employees and contractors undergo random and frequent drug testing and criminal background checks.



What are your certifications?
Our drivers for hospital customers receive special training in HIPAA procedures, bio-hazard management, specimen handling and temperature-controlled deliveries. While this special training isn’t a certification per se, we believe it is meaningful and assures you good quality service.



Would you provide services outside EagleOne's current coverage area?
Our coverage map has grown (and continues to grow) as we serve more customers in more areas. Call us - we may be in your neighborhood.



Many of our company's distribution operations need to run at night. How would we reach you with a problem?
Our Customer 1st team can be reached 24/7/365, and the representative who answers your call will stay with you through the entire process of getting your questions answered or your query resolved.
